Brand Collaborations

I developed and led the collaborations strategy at TOMS, aligning each partnership with business objectives and our target consumer. Operating with a lean team, I owned the end-to-end process—including sourcing like-minded brand partners, leading contract negotiations, managing partner relationships, providing design feedback, and developing the marketing strategy while driving cross-functional marketing alignment. This strategy expanded TOMS’ reach to a more fashion-forward audience through press coverage, social engagement, and partner-site distribution, while also increasing traffic to TOMS.com.
